How to prepare to add a word or a file without internet ?

If you need to write in Vietnamese, install “Unikey software”
If you need to write in Jarai or Bahnar, install also “Jarai and Bahnar keyboard”
You have to use EXCEL
You have to use a font arial and use no color
You have to save the file in UTF-8 :

Select Save as...
Click on “tools”, then “Web options”, then “Encoding”, then select “Unicode (UTF-8)”

When you have internet, you will be able to copy directly datas from the excel file to the website without losing time.
